Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping

All corals available for sale on this site ship from Buffalo, New York.

Shipping is done either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Next shipping date and order deadlines will be posted on our homepage.

Shipping is done by UPS next day air. Depending on your area, delivery can usually be expected between 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. Tracking will be provided to you once shipped.

Shipping within the continental United States only. We don not ship internationally.

Winter shipping may be adjusted depending on conditions. Shipping may cost more in the winter months to provide the fastest and safest delivery of our precious corals. We reserve the right to delay shipping in extreme cold conditions or other factors including hurricanes, wildfires, etc. In the event of delayed shipping, we will contact you regarding an updated shipping date.

We ship in fully insulated boxes, and may include heat or cold packs depending on the time of year.

DOA Policy

We guarantee live arrival. In the event of DOA (dead on arrival) , you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery. A clear photo of package and product should be emailed to:

In the event of DOA, we will work with you in sending out a replacement if available, or refund the cost of the coral only if no suitable substitute is available. Shipping is NOT refundable in any circumstance. An additional shipping cost will be required to be paid by the buyer. We do not cover the shipping cost to send out replacements.

Live guarantee is void and no refund will be given if delivery is refused, not picked up or left unattended for 2 hours after delivery.

Once your item ships and is out of our hands, we, Frangenstein Reef, are not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipper or weather.
